About Terrianne Lord Small
Greetings,
My name is Terrianne Lord Small and I’m the Founder of TerrianneSmall.com a Personal Success Development company devoted to globally empower women to develop the skills and support they need to live their dreams.
I enjoyed working in Corporate America and worked hard to climb that ladder. I’ve had to opportunity to lead global teams, build and develop organizations as well as people. An Entrepreneur at heart, I always dreamed of owning my own business. In 2002 after the launch of my first company, I was dismayed by the lack of support provided to women business owners, which lead to the creation informal support group dedicated to empowering women from the inside out.
My company hit the first wave of the IT bubble burst and floundered and eventually I had to retire my business. I was devastated. Throughout this phase I continued being a mentor and role model to the women of my informal networking group, helping them discover their inner strengths and providing them with the skills they needed to succeed. They learned how to package themselves, develop self confidence, overcome fear and make them better professionals, mothers, wives and business owners.
Still burning with the desire to become a business owner, I made a second attempt at entrepreneurship and started my 2nd company. I experienced moderate success providing technology solutions to small and non-profit businesses, yet I kept mentoring and developing women from all walks of life, not realizing there was actually a business for what I was doing.
My informal clients began referring others to me, and so began my accidental journey in the world of Personal Success Development Coaching. I brushed up my public speaking skills, read books, listened to audios, joined membership groups, took unpaid internships, taught life skills and image development at a local school and earned my certification as a Career and Entrepreneur Coach.
A gifted speaker and motivator, I’ve successfully helped my clients grow into their ideal selves from the inside out in their Careers, Business and Personal lives. This is the foundation for my personal development programs and is the driving mission of TerrianneSmall.com
